Five Hills Art Guild Events
The Five Hills Art Guild is pleased to announce the completion of the latest mural "Earlier Times of Copperas Cove" at the corner of Ave. D and Main Street on the side of the Ledger Furniture Store! Project Manager Catherine Blashack researched and studied old photos of downtown Copperas Cove to compile an imaginary look based on a photograph of the Ledger Furniture store owner Stephen Branch. This sepia toned historical panoramic mural is painted to look like an old photo, and the mural includes mostly historic figures interspersed with modern-day figures. Our unveiling event (past - March 10th) onFacebook has more info: https://www.facebook.com/events/191581848270356/ - Please stay tuned here for photos!
